I currentley have a business which works on Windows Server 2003 and clients using XP. I currently access all my companies emails using a Microsoft Exchange which works fine. What I have also done is setup a sister company which does very little business but I want to be able to acces emails sent this company's email address through my exchange can I do this. I have set the new company up with just a simple dial up connection because I didn't want spend any money setting up new accounts. Is it possible to create an account in my microsoft outlook program to retrieve these emails?

I think your best bet would be to setup OWA for your exchange server. That way they can use a web browser to check their exchange email. How many people are in this new company, dial up may be a problem.
