Hi,
Anyone can please tell me how to access my intranet via internet. I am currently using windows 2000 server with 12 computer'sconnected in network. Is there any other way i can do it other than "VPN"?

Use or setup a Proxy on your server and then add it to IE's Connection tab.
But, wait for someone that is more informed in this matter to respond.

You really should be using a VPN for such a setup. Security issues asside, VPNs simplify the logistics surrounding LAN connectivity over a single IP, across an untrusted network (Internet). It's not too practical or safe to do it any other way, that I'm aware of. Good luck.
