I am running SBS 2003 with IIS,
I can access it fine from home,, I can log into the remote web worlplace check email and use remote desktop.

I have a simple problem,
my intranet which defaults to http://companyweb/default.aspx works fine locally,, however,, being that it is not a public domain,, I can't access it from the internet. I have a public domain which is:
server.domain.com forward to my IIS server.

how can I be able to access the intranet from home???

Likely you would have to VPN in to the company domain and then access it from the inside.
