Talk to your leased line vendor.

Just because you are connected to a leased line doesn't mean you get internet access unless of course that was part of the deal.

In which case your first stop should have been to the vendor.

Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.
