access dos via parallel connection

I want to link my computer(386) up to my laptop, which has win98, using a parallel connection. I have no idea how to do this, can i transfer files this way. Can anybody help me? cheers

MS-DOS 6.xx has Interlnk build in which can do the job. Type HELP INTERLNK in your DOS prompt (on the DOS machine). You have to transfer only the file called INTERLNK.exe or INTERSVR.exe to your 98 machine. Other sofware is also available, like Laplink and some other free software. Checkout the DOS forum....
