Specs: 2003 server 64 bit, 2 GB
I have enabled sharing on my Laptop D Drive having Win-XP. When I am trying to access the folders from another computers for read-write, I am able to access most of the folders but there are 2-3 folders which I am unable to read or write. When I try to open that folders or read or write any files from them it gives access denied.

Check the security settings on both the folders and the shares.

The security Settings seems to be OK. In my Network Sharing & security, "Allow network users to change my file" is already selected. for the "D" Drive.

There is no seperate security settings for individual folders.
