I have 3 questions:
1. What is the difference between "wireless communication" and "mobile communication"? 2. Also tell me that Communication of ATM networks (used for bank transactions) is an example of which type of communication, “mobile communication" or "wireless communication"? 3. Please tell me some web sites (or online resources) related to “wireless communication” as I am student and working on the project (and on presentation as well) about “wireless communication” in which I have to cover the topics like:-Introduction & overview of “wireless communication”, advantages and disadvantages of “wireless communication”, types of mediums used for wireless, a brief introduction of “wireless technologies”etc. Is there any body to help me? I will be very thankful.

I would say that the difference between wireless and mobile would be that you could have a wirelss setup that isn't mobile. Such as an inventory system in a warehouse.
A mobile wireless system would be something that you may use in your car or by carrying around your notebook on campus. Hence the "mobile" part.
And there are thousands of web sites that deal with mobile and wireless technologies.
A search using google (www.google.com) will surely rpoduce enough information to write a master's thesis, let alone a regular school project.
Best of luck.

Wirelss gives you the ability to move around, say on a campus.
Wirelss is less secure than wired installs.
Wireless can be a little more to buy the equipment, wired systems cost money to run cables and put in wall plates, etc.
