abnormal slow connection

using D-link T500 ADSL router for connection. Recently the speed drop from usual xKBps to xBps and sometimes to 0Bps!
Using Bit defender and it deleted n quarantined everything it can find.
Connection speed normal for 6 till 9a.m. but problem cant be busy network as this just happen recently.

I use a great program called TCPOptimizer from speedguide.net It's under broadband tools and it's free.

hi there i also have somewhat of a problem, it seems that certain web pages wont open. i have no idea what could be causing this as i have a fast 10mb broadband and so its not the internet. also i have a fast desktop computer. It has really baffled me. one of the pages it wont open is yahoo.co.uk. It wont also let me open google images. If you could help me then i would greatly appreciate it. I also would like to add that i use wired ethernet connection as i only have 1 computer. Thank you.
