Hi there.. Just installed an SMC 802.11G setup in my home office, CPU is buried in a corner of the office, behind a few large metal items etc, would like to have the antenna above all this mounted on the wall perhaps. I have access to all the tools to make RF cables at work.. any reason I can just make a 5 foot reverse-SMA extension cable and mount the antenna up the wall?
