It looks like you kind of know what you are doing, but you have made a complete mess of it. You are pointing data towards gateways that don't exist and your laptop LAN is on a different network from everything else.
Does your new router have a built in modem? If it does you can remove the SpeedTouch completely and make the network more manageable.
There are two ways to do this. The easiest is to turn on DHCP on your router if it supports this. Then tell your computer and laptop to ask for an address instead of manually assigning it one. As long as the modem and the router are set properly all your naming conflicts will disappear.
If you are determined to have all devices on static IP's then try the following:
Modem : 192.168.1.1
Router: 192.168.1.2
Homecomputer: 192.168.1.11
Laptop wifi: 192.168.1.21
Laptop Lan: 192.168.1.22for computer and laptop:
subnet: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS / Alt DNS: as stated above.If you can remove the modem then make it 192.168.1.1. keep everything else the same.
2) You haven't made any other user. Control panel -> user accounts. make a new one that's not the admin.

Hello Deathlyphil,
first really, thank you very much for your complete reply!
now i try to help...
-Does your new router have a built in modem? If it does you can remove the SpeedTouch completely and make the network more manageable--I think no, because the TP LINK is just a router with access wireless and 4 LAN ports, so without modem.For this reason it must receive the WLAN from the Speedtouch Router.
But now im really in caos, because there are so many configurations that i really dont know what i can doing.The problem is that im living in a very little town and there isnt nothing that could come here to my home and help me..
So i spend my nights and i read all forum but in everycase i cant resolve the problem.Now i cant really know what i must doing.
I have to configured 5 different prospects:
1)from the Pannel Control, LAN connections, Property and setup the IP account, Gateway, Mask, Dns...;(on the home pc);
2)Configure my Speedtouch Admin Control Pannel (on the home pc);
3)Configure from the laptop with the connection to LAN port of TP LINK the admin pannel (inside here there are 3 differents foms for LAN, WAN, and WIFI)aaah!
4)Configure from laptop pannel control the property of the connection LAN with the IP,DNs,...;
5)Configure from laptop pannel control the property of the WIFI with the IP,DNs,...;
So you could imagine the caos that i have in the head, last night i was here to computer until 4.50 AM.
For the DHCP its ENABLE on the PANNEL CONTROL of Speedtouch and one the pannel control of TP LINK too....If you resolve my problem i really can pay your nice work.
Thank you very much.

I know how confusing it can be to set up a network for the first time by yourself.
Right, you should only have one DHCP server running on a network, it's your choice which one. Keeping it on the modem might be easier, then all you have to use the router for is wireless access.
For example:
modem: ip 192.168.1.1, subnet 255.255.255.0, DHCP on (give it a range of 192.168.1.101 - 255 so it doesn't conflict with anything else)router: ip 192.168.1.2, subnet 255.255.255.0, DHCP off, wireless on (recommend WPA security, wep at the least), gateway = modem ip
Desktop: either tell it to obtain an address automatically (easiest) or assign it one. Same with the DNS, subnet and gateway. Gateway = modem ip
Laptop: repeat as above for both wifi and LAN
I hope this helps
