My personal website works with home wifi only not outside. it work at home wifi both on laptop and iphone. When I turn wifi off on iphone , it says website not found.
I tried outside on different computer. it does not work.

And again just to confirm LTE doesn’t work on your iPhone anywhere…?
Sorry to be so pedantic about what does work and doesn’t work and when/where.
It appears that this is an issue with some/all iPhones and LTE; depending in som instances on which company provides the LTE facility.
