This is my route of internet

Internet -> Huawei HS8240 -> TP-WR841HP-> My Computer
182.52.249.121 -> 192.168.100.1 -> 192.168.5.1 -> 192.168.5.100

I port forwarded using Huawei HS8240 to TP-WR841HP then to My Computer all using port 25565 is that wrong? My Huawei HS8240 is in my living room and my TP-WR841HP is in my learning room which also where my computer(Desktop) locates. All using LAN connection.

Whats wrong? Please help.

Your setup of the routers is OK.
Yes the port is ON!

Is the TP-WR841HP the only device connected to the ONT HG8240?
If so you could set the forwarding in ONT as DMZ (all ports forwarded) to the TP-WR841HP. That way the TP-WR841HP is only one forwarding ports.

What does the "port test" on your PC actually do??

You have two routers. The 182x router has to forward to the 192x routers wan port static ip. You then have to forward in the 192x router to the .5.100 server running minecraft.

Did you do these things?

Is the IP address detected by the canyouseeme.org website the same as shown in the HG8240? (WAN info)?

I tested with another port-test online and the pot is closed.
Do you have any other ports open, forwarded? Just for the sake of testing?
Is the mindcraft program running when you test the port?
