I have two different routers set up, one acting as a real router (DCHP enabled, etc) and one is just acting as a switch and a wireless access point (DCHP diabled, etc). I have encounted a problem. Any computer that is plugged into the second router, I can't file share with. I can file share with all computers on the first router and any computer that is connecting with wireless but not ones connected directly to the second router. I can ping them all but I can't connect to them. Can anyone help me?

I presume you've altered the LAN IP address of one of the routers? If not, you probably have an IP conflict. Presuming that they do have different addresses you may have actually established 2 LAN's... You didn't say where the machines on the router with the disabled DHCP are getting their IP addresses, whether they're static or getting DHCP assigned IP's from the other router.?

If the second router is acting as just a switch you should not be using the WAN port - just the LAN side.
