2 PC/One router-No net on one PC

2 PCs, one router (Conexant Hasbani). First Pc has full web and file sharing access. Second PC has file sharing but no internet. Both running XP. One home, one Pro (working). Both can see and configure router. Swapping cable from working machine into other doesn't work. So doesn't seem to be cable. Have triple checked all IP settings.

Open a command prompt window and type the following command:

ipconfig /all

on both PC's and compare the IP info. Specifically, check the Gateway and DNS address on the PC that's not accessing the internet. If either one is different from the PC that is accessing then that's the problem.
