Hi.
Here is my current setup.

NTL1>Modem1>Router1>Computers 1 and 2
NTL2>Modem2>Router2>Computers 3 and 4

I have two independent networks running, using the routers as hubs as well as actual routers. I wish to network all 4 computers, but keep the adsl connections seperate. I have my own reasons for doing this, but this is the way it needs to be.
Currently, whatever I try, when I connect the crossover cable between the two routers, all of the computers completely ignore one of the connections and split the other between them. This is not how I need it.
Both routers are identical and are D-Link DI-604s. Both modems are identical and are ntl:250s.
I have tried setting up the IP address of each router as different. Tried static DHCP addresses and setting the LAN IP address manually, however there is no saying I've done this correctly.
Please help. Both networks are identical except for the user PCs on them, but all are running xp pro.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Simon

Post back with more detailed information such as the IP addresses of the routers, the IP addresses of the computers, etc.

You might look into trusted relationships between networks.

Hi.
Router addresses are 192.168.0.1 and .2 Lan cards are obtaining addresses automatically. Router is assigning IPs in range of 192.168.0.100-199 for both routers.
Dynamic DHCP in use. No firewalls running on the routers, but sygate running on all pcs.
If there's anything else you need to know, just ask.
Please help me!
Simon

Any advance on this??
Help please!!
Ideally I'd like to share both connections between all computers, but the above setup is fine if thats not possible.
