I have one PC with two ethernet cards. I connect each eth. card with a adsl modem/router. One router is for the internet access with ip 192.xxx.xxx.xxx and the other router is for a VPN with IPs 10.xxx.xxx.xxx. How can I setup these connection to work both of them. Until now if the traffic pass from the one card (for the VPN for example) it is unable to reach the internet through the other.

Seems to me from what you say, you have two possible gateways. Use the router's ip's on each nic configuration to point to the correct router. Use proxy pac file or other means to direct browsers.
I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
