I have a domain name with my ISP and host a webpage and email server on my server at home. Can I add another domain name to that same IP address? That way I can run two different websites. Can one IP address host multiple domain names?

If you using IIS, yes you can using host headers. That's about the extent of my knowledge of IIS though so I recommend you go to MS's website and do some reading on the topic. There should be all the info you need there.
