If you have that device setup and working, open a command prompt window (ie: Start >> Run >> type cmd and hit Enter) and perform the following command:

ipconfig /all

In the output you'll see "Default Gateway". That IP should be the IP of your router and the one you enter in your web browser.

If it's a new device, the manual/setup guide should have the IP to connect to. If you've tried the one in the manual/guide and it doesn't work, reset the router to factory defaults (as per the manual/guide) and try again.

If it still doesn't work, return it for a new one.

It matters not how straight the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.
