Connect to the management interface of your router and go to the wireless configuration section. Your SSID and key will be there.

Most show the password in plain text. I've seen a few that didn't but they had a setting you could check to show it in plain text.

If you have forgotten the id and password to log on to wireless router configuration page, you need to reset it back to factory default settings and reconfigure it again. Simply press the reset button for 15-30s while it's powered on to reset it.

This is wireless router configuration example, take a look if you want.

Hope this helps.

The default username and password for accessing the router configuration will vary between manufacturers. The best thing to do is to go to the manufacturer's website and look for the manual (assuming you don't already have it) or ask the question on the manufacturer's user-forum. If you cannot manage that then once you've reset the router as described by picohat the username and password are quite often either both 'admin', 'admin' and 'password' or 'admin' and just leave password blank.
