Hey.

I've tried to share files between two PCs; one has XP Home installed, and the other has XP Pro installed. The PC with Home installed can see the PC with Pro installed, but it can't access the Shared Files Folder. However, the PC with Pro installed cannot even see the other PC. All appropriate protocols have been installed, and the Internet Connection Firewall has been disabled. Please Help.

wrong forum... anyway... what have you tried doing? ping tests? have you shared out folders, or are you trying to access the default shared files folders - if you are, then they aren't really shared for network access, only multiple user local machine access. have you tried mapping drives or just browsing in net neighbourhood?
