Win2K explorer stop responding,help

Running Novell 5.1 - client 4.83 I was the one of the administrator of the pc. When I try to access windows explorer after login,windows explorer stops responding. The desktop disappears after I use task manager to end the task. All Novell functions stop working.And finally the system hangs.Please advices,Thank you very much!

Try hiting ALT CTRL DEL and select TASK MANAGER or TASK LIST. Try clicking on NEW TASK and type in EXPLORER and hit OK. See if it brings up the explorer again. Also, do you happen to be using Zenworks for Desktops?
