How do I locate the internal IPX address on my server?

Type CONFIG and look for Node Address:
Run TECHWALK (and print it and put it away) check www.support.novell.com > Product Documentation > Utilities.

These are a couple of ways, it tends to pop up alot in odd places though.

For locate internal IPX address of your server
1. Type "config" at console prompt.

2. edit startup.ncf file located at c:
\nwserver directory.


These are a couple of ways to locate IPX address.

Edit SYS:SYSTEM\AUTOEXEC.NCF
You will find the Internal IPX address in the first few lines of this file (not Startup.ncf as was indicated earlier.
