I run a 200 pc Novell 6 network. There are 2 XP pc's that i recently put in someones office. The 2 pc's periodically lose connection to the Tree(No tree or server) however they maintain a solid link light on obht the pc and switch. I am still able to ping(all ip network). Ive replaced the pc's, replaced the patch cables, moved ports, etc. I have not reinstalled the client however it is the same client that all of the other pc's use and this happens on any pc i put in that office.

Uninstall the NICI and NMAS from the Control Panel and the connectivity problem should go away
