Hi, There My Netare Vol SYS is out off Volume space and have no deleted files space to use. The Sys Volume mounts but when it try to Bind IPX to a Lan Driver it is not able to do so cause reports no space to uncompress the Lan Driver.

hi,
if you load toolbox from the console prompt you will be able to see the directory structure of the sys volume. use the standard dos commands to browse through sys and clear space from maybe the patches directory or old service packs, etc etc. this should free enough space for you to boot the server up properly and clear some space from a windows environment.
you can also run a purge form tool box as well.
hope this helps i had the same issue with a 4.11 server yesterday.
