users logged in twice???

I am running Novell Netware 4.11, with 11 worstations the run Windows 9x. I noticed when I look at the connection information at the server it shows that everyone is logged in twice, one of their names has an asterisk beside it. I also notice that on all of the workstations there are two of the same volumes connected (as if it logs in twice to the same Novell volume on the server). Does anyone know how I can keep this from happening?
