I am currently running a Novell Netware 3.12 server. I have 20 users/workstations logging in in either win98/winxp environment. I am running printer ques from Novell to support my Network printers. We mostly access large Foxpro dos databases from the server. I have been toying with the idea of upgrading the server. Any words of advice as to a)what type of server b)Problems that I might encounter c)reasons to KEEP N3.12
Any advice you can spare will be greatly appreciated.

Be sure your Foxpro will run OK with the newer clients. I had an old DOS accounting package that didn't like any client newer than 2.5.
