unrecoverable Error memory error

HI guys. I have NovellNetware 4.11 and i get a messahes in my console. the messages said "Cache memory allocator out of available momory" and then appear another line said " Shor term memory allocator out of available memory" I think that the cache buffer is below 40%... There is a way to fix this problem or i need to install something.. I'm sorry but i'm principant on novell.
My p.c. is Celeron 1.3 processor and 128MB ram. so i think this problem being because of novell or PCI Lan card.
Summary: I received an error like that in a windows enviornment. The problem seemed to be that the SCSI BIOS and OS BIOS were conflicting. I had to change SCSI BIOS. hopfully this bit of information will help...
