Greetings,

I'm trying to solve what appears to be a configuration mistake somewhere that is resulting and poor network performance. I ran a network diagnostic tool which reported there is an 8k buffer limiting my network performance to 10mbps. I've looked over the buffer settings I could find in inetcfg and monitor, but nothing seems to correspond to the 8k mentioned, and changes I have made do not seem to affect performance.

I tried replacing the onboard Intel Pro 1000 NIC with another Intel Pro 1000 MT and there was no difference.

Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?
