sync files between netware and xp

We have a Netware 6.5 environment with XP Pro workstations. How can I sync files on when the laptops are plugged into the network? SMB is not an option, so Windows Offline folders/files will not work.

You can handle this by using Novell iFolder.

I will look further into the iFolder option. Is there any tool available to sync files (preferably freeware)?

I don't really know.
Use google to search for netware filesync.
You'll get a bunch of tools listed.
