SBS 4.11 and GroupWise 5.2, internet setup

Hey all,
I've got a client with a SBS 4.11 server with GroupWise 5.2. GroupWise was installed after and seperately from the initial installation of SBS, which is annoying.
I have GroupWise working for internal e-mail and calendaring just fine. When I try to set it up for internet e-mail as well, I can't get it to work. This is my second GroupWise installation, my first was a 4.2 to 5.5 upgrade (which worked fine).
Does anyone have any good directions (TID or otherwise) on how to get internet e-mail working on 5.2?
