I Removed Novell But It Keeps Coming Back I Even Booted Into Safe Mode and It Still Came Back Is There A Way To Remove It or Do I Need To Reinstall Windows?

Sounds that it has not been removed completely. You can go to the Novell Website, download the latest Novell Client, install it, reboot and deinstall it again. This should help. Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

run unc32.exe which will completely remove the netware client.
