Hi, I'm new to novell. Is it possible to disable Rconsole and/or other possible remote access? How to locate and change its password?

Also, seems like Netware 6.0 allow access via internet. Is there a specific port that one needs to specify in addition to the IP address? Thanks!

Yes.

At the Netware console, type "ea" and press enter. This is editing the autoexec.ncf, a script file that is run every time Netware is started.
Look for a line that starts with "LOAD RCONAG6". You can comment out this line by placing a hash (#) character in front of it. The next time the server starts, remote console access will be disabled.
To change the password, edit the existing password. Look at the example below.
LOAD RCONAG6 <password> 2034 16800 2036
Even though remote console access will be stopped next time the server is restarted, it will still be available right now. Type "unload rconag6" at the server console and press enter to kill remote console access immediately.

There is a remote management portal for Netware located at https://<serverIP or DNS>:8009
