Raid5 hard drive faliure

CPU/Ram: P4 1GB

I have one novell 5.1 server with Raid5.I notice one of the hard drive flashing yellow llight. On the sys$log.err found the following:

It seems to me, it is hard drive faluire. Appreciate, if some one help me to resolve the issue.

replace the drive.

go into the Perc raid utility and rebuild the array.
