Comment:

i'm using netware 3.12 with windows xp and the following problem encounters.

Every time i want to print a document, the printserver prints also a document which says from which user it is.

When this happens there is also a loss of paper wat we don't use.

My question is how can i disable this 'banner' function.

I know for sure that it is a serverproblem, is there anyone who can help me?

Put the switch /nb at the end of the capture statement in the login script.

It is not a "serverproblem". This option is configured through the client software. Right-Click on the red "N" in your system tray, choose "Novell Client Properties", select the "Default Capture" tab, and deselect the "Enable banner" check box. That should solve your problem.
