I use W2K Pro with Client service for Netware to connect to Netware mapped drive to run a DBaseIV program through Command Prompt. When I try to print documnet in Dbase program to the Netware's Network Printers. All print out just go to my LOCAL Printer. I used the NET USE command to redirect the print out fm LPT1 to Network Printers. But after that it cannot redirect back to my LOCAL printer. (Maybe I don't know how to ?) Can anyone help me??

Tom, Thanks for your reply. I already try capture. but not endcap. I will try it later. The batch file of netware used by the dbase is already using capture. But not work! If the endcap really work. How to redirect back to LPT1 (local printer) ?? Thanks a lot!!

Tom, I tried. Now I know ENDCAP is for redirect back to LPT1. But it seems it only work when you firstly redirected your LPT1 to Netware printer by capture. But the capture command isn't work under W2K platform. (Even it tell me re-routed to the Network printer. But actually didn't.) IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE DBASE PRINT OUT TO THE NETWORK PRINTER ????

Do you have a drive mapped to the server/sys:\public directory? The capture command is located there and you would have to have a search drive mapped to it. I assume you are logged into the server with rights to that. Hope this helps.
