Hi, I have just restored a 5.1 server with Native File Access for Mac in a single server environment. All seemed ok, but when I went to login from a Mac I recieved a "incorrect password" message. When I tried to change the simple password from "Console One" I recieved the "error saving simple password for context.username to the directory, the returned error code is -1, 418". This happens with any user that had a simple password before the rebuild, when I create a new simple password for a user who did not have one before the rebuild all is fine. I have tried to delete the "Login configuration Key" in the others TAB from Console One but that deleted the user completely. One more thing I have noticed, in the others TAB under the user properties in Console One the damaged users seem to be missing the "Login configuration" part. I really need to know why this has happened. At this stage I only have a few Mac users that are testing the NFA for Mac, but if I need to rebuild in the future I may have hundreds. I used Arcsevre 7.0 to backup and restore the server, everything else seems fine with the 5.1 server rebuild, I have run dsrepair and it came back with no errors.
