I'm hoping someone in the know can help me. I need to open a port on a firewall, to allow Windows Media Encoder to connect with a Windows Media Server on the outside of the firewall. Where do I configure ports with Bordermanager? Do I use brdcfg.nlm? filtcfg.nlm? Something else?
Thanks in advance for your help.

You would use filtcfg.nlm to configure a filter in BorderManager. There's a great book (and tip site) on BM & filters at http://nscsysop.hypermart.net
