iFolder is the product you're looking for.
It synchronises files with a copy on the server. Netware comes with ifolder as standard but 6.5 would be the way to go.
Get the small business suite starter pack (it's free for five users) if you can't afford Netware 6.

ummm, you mean iFolder (not iPrint) in 6.5 right?
The version of iFolder (v1) that shipped with 6 has a very retarded limitation...it will only sinc from one directory on the c: drive in My Documents\iFolder\USERNAME\Home. And it can't be changed. iFolder (v2.0) in 6.5 has the ability to sync files to a PDA plus it doesn't have the stupid sync directory limitation the one in 6 does. You can pretty much make any existing folders into syncable "ifolders". It's all very cool and handy if you have more than one PC or notebooks. I use it to syncronise stuff like bookmarks/favorites so I have the same list no matter what computer I'm using at the time.
iPrint in Netware 6.5 over 6 doesn't change a whole lot though.
6.5 is a killer release of Netware compared to 6. It comes with even more free s---!
