Novell/Windows XP Login

I am trying to set up a Windows XP Professional computer that logs in to a Novell Netware network. I want to be able to bypass the Windows XP logon and just use the Novell logon. This computer and eventually many more will be used on a college campus, so we just want everyone to log in to Novell. There is no domain involved. I found some information on Novell's site and other sites about changing some registry settings. However, it only works for on log on. I also tried implementing Novell's dynamic user policy, which does work, but only for a few logins. Does anyone know how to get this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
