Hi! We have a server running Novell 4.11. I am using only the default client on my Windows XP provided by the operating system. I can't run utilities like rconsole, netadmin, etc from my Windows. How can I make it work? (I have administrator account on both machines). Thank you in advance.

check, if you have ipx protocoll on your workstation. If not: install it.

download and intstall the nt client (4.83). Make sure you can browse the tree, and you should be able to log in as admin and run everything fine. sounds to me like you woun't even be able to browse the tree the way things currently are...

you might also check to see if you are 'mapping' a drive for this volume... you can see them, but you can't run the apps if the drive isn't mapped..
