I'm trying to look for the uninstall program but can't seem to find it. I don't really care if it's completely wipe off my computer, I just want XP to run normally again. (i.e. getting rid of the Novell Login). Any thoughts? Thanks

First of all I don't use XP.
1. If it were NT 4.0 then you would go to Network from control pannel or right click it on the desktop and uninstall the novell client from the services tab. Maybe something similar is present in XP.
2. Since you do not mind wiping the file system then use fdisk to delete the partition and reinstall XP.

Two options:
1) As dunce already noted above get to the Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs, find Novell and select remove.2) Open Windows Explorer, find the Novell folder/directory and all related subdirectories. Open each one until you find the Uninstall program...it should be in one of those folders.
XP's SKIN is a departure from the traditional look and layout of Windows (I find it rather irritating myself) but there are usually several ways to accomplish any given task.
Why did you install the Novell client in the first place? Are you on a company network or do you connect remotely to a corporate LAN?
Post back with your results.

you will find the novell client unstall in the admin folder in the novell folder(normally in the root of C:\)
