I don't want to sound like a know-it-all cause i am not. I am a new 3.12/4.11 admin, and i will say that for most everyday problems you might have the best life saver is your NetWare book.

I use the Novell Press books called.
CNE Study Guides for 3.12 and 4.11, some say that Sybx is a good book and to some point they are.
Just thought i would pass this on, because sometimes waiting for a reply from a post can take a little time..so good luck
