You need to increase the "Maximum Outstanding NCP Searches" setting. Simply type "set maximum outstanding ncp searches" and you will get the current setting. I suggest simply to double or tripple the value by adding "...=<old value * 3>". This is not "REALLY" a problem, you will just not see all files/folders in your explorer window.
