Subject: Novell Netware Dos Driver Disk?HELPOS: Win98SECPU/Ram: 800Mhz/128 MB |
Comment: I removed my network adapter (I think it was called Dial-up Network Adapter) yesterday using device manager because I thought it was causing a problem on my computer. When I tried to re-install the adapter it told me i needed to insert Novell Netware Dos driver Disk. i don't have it and I can't connect to the internet. Is there somewhere I can download the files on the disk to my computer? If not is there an alternative way to handle this? Please HELP!!!

Reply: (edit)I don't think that it will ask you for a DOS Driver Disk. But still you can try doing one thing. When it asks for the path for the file, click Browse and try the following directories, C:\Windows C:\windows\system C:\Windows\Inf one by one. Check out for the filename which is being asked and you can even try to search the location of the file in your System. It is a habit Windows 98 to keep a copy of the driver files in the listed directories. It should be available there, unless somebody has deleted it. Try and revert back.
