Either load the Microsoft Client for NetWare (Sucks ass)
or
Load Novell Client 32 3.3, this is available from www.novell.com

Dear Michael, Thank You very much for the help. The system is working fantastic. But I have trialing Problem. I have setup Client for Netware Networks as u suggested, on Compaq PC, which is P-III 550MHz. But I wanted the same on on Modi Oliveti P-II MMX also running on Win 98. But here the system does not want to access the LAN. I have set all the IRQ and IO as per P-III and LAN Server specifications. Can You please help How to solve this Problem. The P-II MMX computer is connected to LAN using 8 port Flat cable(Cat-5) cable and NE2000 compatible Ethernet Card. Lenth of cable is 100 meters +/- 1 meter. The system Boots on LAN when Boot ROM is enable. But through Win 98 It refuses. please Oblige.
