You need create a DOS partition with 180 MB, format this partition with DOS (not Win9X and donīt run EMM386 and HIMEM!!!), run CD-ROM drivers to access the NetWare 4.11 CD from DOS, and type install from the CD drive. I think you can find many TIDs about this subject on Novell Home Page. But you need to know some things before start the process: about NDS, LAN drivers, IPX...
