Comment: I AM HAVING A NOVELL NETWARE 4.11 RUNNING ON DOS. I STARTED THE AUDITCON.EXE TO TURN ON SOME OF THE FILES/DIRECTORIES SERVICES YESTERDAY. THIS MORNING WHEN THE END USERS TRY TO LOGIN TO THE NETWORK. ALTHOUGH THEY CAN CONNECTED TO F: BUT THERE IS A MESSAGE "ACCESS DENIED" APPEARS ON EVERY USERS' SCREEN. EVEN "DIR" ALSO GET THIS MESSAGE. CAN EVERYBODY WHO HAS EXPERIENCED SUCH SITUATION BEFORE SUGGEST US A GOOD SOLUTION? THANK YOU

Reply: (edit)Hi, Not sure but Whenever I receive this message it usually means that the users that are trying to login do not have the correct directory privileges. Login as admin from a Windows machine and check that they have the rights to login to the f:/drive "folder" on the Novell server. Hope this helps. G.
