Novell NDS backup

I have setup SMDR and QMAN, I then try and do an NDS backup trying both sbcon on the server and netware backup32. The first time I login to the NDS tree it logs in fine. But when I try and login again later on, it gives me an error code fffdffd7 which I found out it means login denied. What am I doing wrong?

For taking NDS backup in novell 4.x console prompt 1.load install 2.directory options 3.directory backup & restore options 4.save local DS information prior to hardware upgrade
one new screen will apear press F3 give the path where you want to store this backup file you can store in floppy, harddisk, tape drive. file name "backup.nds"
