It's Novell v4.83 on XP

I made a terrible mistake that now I can't login to workstation only. That means I can't login to my computer. I really need help. I just wanted to stop using the passwork for Novell but what I did made the tick box down on the left handside gone. I will not be able to login to the old server coz they have changed to a new server.
How can I get my "work station only" tickbox back so that I can login to my computer? Now, I have only three button left "ok", "cancel", and "shut down" on login screen. Please help me.

First of all you are working with an old Novell client.
You should install Novell client version 4.9 SP2. You can download the client from:
http://download.novell.com/Download?buildid=7D-9JsOeO6w~
In this client you will get a sticky check box for login to "Workstation Only" meaning if you will check it, it will remain checked until you will uncheck it. Try it and maybe it will solve your problem.

How is he going to install the new client if he can't log on?

If you put some purposefully wrong information into the login box, it should eventually time out with an error and ask you if you want to log into the workstation only.

Didn't work. It didn't ask for workstation only. Just disappear.

disconnect from the network. then try logging in as something. When it says tree or server not found, choose to log in locally to the workstation. Then you can reconnect the network cable and install sp2 for the novell client.
