From the Server console prompt type in "load monitor" (if the monitor is already loaded it will tell you, no harm no foul). From the Available Options screen select Connections. Find the user in the Active Connections list. Hint:You can press F3 and sort by one of three ways - Name being one of them. Once you have found the user you can press the delete key to close that connection. Which in turn should close any files opened by that connection. If it does not work let me know. There is another way but involves a few more steps, but still located in Monitor. Later!
